NH Collection Milano Touring

Room was compact, but as big as we expect in a city hotel. Room spotless, bed very comfy. No street noise. Ambience in hotel was relaxed. Bar staff very welcoming. Breakfast was varied and copious. Spent an hour and a half there each morning. No complaints at all. Hotel 100m from Metro Station and trams. One stop to Central Railway Station, three stops to the Duomo, ten stops with one change to the Canals. Had a great stay.

Firstly, I have stayed in this hotel in August with my best friend from Miami! We absolutely loved it! So I came back in November for my birthday. I must say that I was absolutely excited and elated to see the diverse work force which is a true representation of the hotel’s customer base.Really pleased to see the diversity and inclusion at the hotel-and because of that I will make sure that this is the recommended hotel for all my friends and family in Milan. I WILL BE BACK !

Good location, helpful staff, clean room with good quality towels / bathrobes. Good breakfast but expensive if you just need simple continental breakfast.

The staffs provided a brilliant experience. Everyone is nice, friendly and always ready to answer your questions. Especially the reception. They helped us booking a safe and pleasant airport taxi journey and provided great luggage deposit services. During our early arrival, they even tried their best to provide available room for us which is rarely seen these days. The room is fully equipped and spacious. All the facilities are in great condition.

First of all the staff went above and beyond to help upon arrival Matilde was great and even took her time to provide with great recommendations and highlighted all the must see spots in and around Milan. Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and great toilets. We loved the location and its perfect and it’s easy to get around Milan. Very close to the metro(2 mins walk)
