We received a free upgrade upon check-in for being the "lucky guests of the day" and we also got a free drink. The room was very nice and our request to receive a double bed instead of two singles and a shower instead of a bathtub was taken into consideration. The staff at the reception was incredibly nice and helpful for whenever we needed something. Additionally, we arrived by car and there was a car parking around 2 min from the hotel. For an additional charge of EUR 15/hour we also got to have a late check-out until 15 o'clock.

Walkable from the Milano Centrale Train Station. Very friendly and helpful staff. I upgraded to VIP at check in and it was worth the additional money. Designated Floors in the Hotel, complimentary beverages, welcome tray with sweets, they knocked on the door around 8:00pm to see if we needed anything, came back from dinner one night to find they refreshed the towels again and left us bottled water. Room was large and updated. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold items.

Firstly, I have stayed in this hotel in August with my best friend from Miami! We absolutely loved it! So I came back in November for my birthday. I must say that I was absolutely excited and elated to see the diverse work force which is a true representation of the hotel’s customer base.Really pleased to see the diversity and inclusion at the hotel-and because of that I will make sure that this is the recommended hotel for all my friends and family in Milan. I WILL BE BACK !

The staffs provided a brilliant experience. Everyone is nice, friendly and always ready to answer your questions. Especially the reception. They helped us booking a safe and pleasant airport taxi journey and provided great luggage deposit services. During our early arrival, they even tried their best to provide available room for us which is rarely seen these days. The room is fully equipped and spacious. All the facilities are in great condition.

Room was compact, but as big as we expect in a city hotel. Room spotless, bed very comfy. No street noise. Ambience in hotel was relaxed. Bar staff very welcoming. Breakfast was varied and copious. Spent an hour and a half there each morning. No complaints at all. Hotel 100m from Metro Station and trams. One stop to Central Railway Station, three stops to the Duomo, ten stops with one change to the Canals. Had a great stay.
